Has anyone else noticed how shit the quality of some of the free Siebel 8 update modules are? The audio of one I listened to today was completely unusable. The guy&#039;s accent was hard enough to understand, but the audio was at a bitrate so low that the entire topic was useless.

I&#039;ve never heard such poor audio released to the public. These are paying customers. I wouldn&#039;t release material like that to my customers, and they&#039;re paid a lot more than I am.</description>
